Non voglio sponsor, non perché abbia qualcosa contro di essi, ma semplicemente perché non voglio mischiare sostanze differenti tra di loro: non voglio cioè mischiare la sublime sostanza con cui sono fatti i sogni, con interessi troppo materiali e monetari. Probabilmente è una mia debolezza.
E poi, poi non voglio rendere conto a nessuno. Un viaggio in Vespa lo concepisco come un estremo atto di libertà, così dover firmare contratti vincolanti è un po’ fuori registro, almeno per me.
Preferisco essere riconoscente verso chi vuole leggere il mio libro o indossare una mia maglietta, che debitore di uno sponsor.
Quindi, se avete piacere di aiutarmi, vi ringrazio di cuore! 🙂
Ogni euro ricevuto sarà per me qualche litro da mettere nel serbatoio della mia Vespa.

I do not want any sponsor, not because I have something against them, but simply because I do not want to mix different substances between them: I do not want to mix the sublime substance with which dreams are made, with too much material and monetary interests. It’s probably my weakness.
I conceive a Vespa trip as an extreme act of freedom, so having to sign binding contracts is a little out of record, at least for me.
I’d rather be grateful to those who read my book or wear a t-shirt of mine, than be a debtor of a sponsor.

DIVENTA PARTE DEL VIAGGIO CON UNA CARTOLINA

Dal 2017 sto attraversando NON STOP il mondo in sella alla mia Vespa d’epoca. Senza una data di ritorno, senza un itinerario prestabilito.
Solo una regola: The Plan Is No Plan.

Ogni luogo che raggiungo lascia un ricordo. Alcuni li porto con me, altri ho deciso di condividerli con voi.

Una vera cartolina, non una stampa!

Ogni cartolina viene:

* scritta parzialmente a mano e firmata da me;
* spedita direttamente dal Paese in cui mi trovo;
* affrancata con i francobolli originali locali;
* timbrata dall’ufficio postale del luogo di partenza.

Questo significa che ogni cartolina è unica e racconta un momento reale del viaggio.

Perché acquistarla/e?

Acquistando una cartolina (o più) non ricevi soltanto un ricordo di viaggio.

Since 2017, I have been travelling around the world NON-STOP on my vintage Vespa. No return date, no fixed itinerary.

There is only one rule: The Plan Is No Plan.

Every place I visit leaves me with a memory. Some I keep with me, and some I have decided to share with you.

A real postcard, not just a print!

Every postcard is:

* partly handwritten and personally signed by me;
* mailed directly from the country where I am;
* stamped with authentic local postage stamps;
* postmarked at the local post office where it begins its journey.

This means every postcard is unique and captures a real moment from my adventure.

Why order one (or more)?

When you order a postcard, you’re not just receiving a travel souvenir.

You are helping to support this expedition and allowing me to continue discovering new countries, new cultures, and new roads to share with you.

* Delivery may take anywhere from a few weeks to several months, depending on your location. After all, unpredictability is part of vintage things… and my journey too!
